Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups jarred marinara or pasta sauce
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • fresh basil (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, toss tortellini with olive oil and marinara sauce.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and broil for 2–3 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh basil, and serve.

Notes

Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
Reheating: Warm gently in a skillet or microwave, adding a splash of water to loosen the sauce if needed.
