- 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil for the skillet

Mix Filling: Combine shredded chicken and cheese in a bowl.
Assemble: Place filling on one half of each tortilla, fold over.
