- 8 oz halloumi cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 bell peppers any color, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
Cut the halloumi and bell peppers into even pieces.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes.
Thread halloumi and peppers onto skewers, alternating pieces.
Brush or drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon or your favorite dip.
Storage: Store leftover skewers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer or in a skillet until warmed through and crisp.
