Ingredients

  • 4 mini naan breads
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or preferred toppings
  • olive oil spray or drizzle
  • dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Lightly spray or brush naan with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly on each naan.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and add your favorite toppings.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
  • Remove carefully with tongs and sprinkle with dried herbs if desired.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheating: Warm in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes until hot and crispy.
Top Tips: Preheat the air fryer for better crisping. Don’t overload the naan to avoid soggy bottoms. Finish with herbs like basil or oregano for extra flavor.
