Ingredients

For the Fries:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into thin fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For the Garlic Aioli:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Place fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the aioli.
  • Serve fries hot with the garlic aioli for dipping.

Notes

Storage: Refrigerate leftover fries in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheating: Air fry at 350°F until warm and crisp.
Top Tips: Cut fries evenly so they cook at the same rate. Don’t overcrowd the basket to keep them crisp. Shake the fries halfway through cooking for even browning.
