For the Fries:
- 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into thin fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
For the Garlic Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
Place fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the aioli.
Serve fries hot with the garlic aioli for dipping.
Storage: Refrigerate leftover fries in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheating: Air fry at 350°F until warm and crisp.
Top Tips: Cut fries evenly so they cook at the same rate. Don’t overcrowd the basket to keep them crisp. Shake the fries halfway through cooking for even browning.
